2MHz Function Generator with External FM
The 2 MHz Function - Pulse Generators 9202 & 9203. They have Pulse and Ramp in addition to Sine, Square, Triangle over the frequency range of 2 MHz, internal and external AM-FM or internal sweep, or PWM. This series also have TTL Output. Pulse duty cycle and sweep time are variable. AM standard and AM balanced modulation are done with great accuracy showing clearly the depth of modulation.
