The Parallel Port Interface (PPI) units provide quick and easy interfacing to the PC by connection to the PC’s parallel port. The PP1 is designed for interfacing with TTL 5V devices. It includes a single analogue 8-bit 0 to 5V input. The 12 TTL inputs and 8 TTL outputs of the PPI1 are accessible through a 40 way connector and the single 8-bit 0 to 5V analogue inputs through a 26 way connector.
