The Bytronic range of Process Control Technology includes; PCUSIM is simulation software with three term control using a graphical representation. The PSM is a hardware device simulating process outputs and when used with WinVic and CODAS allows students to explore and understand process modelling.

The PCT-Ms are designed to introduce Level, Flow, Temperature and Pressure as discrete elements for control and the study of the particular areas.

The PCT-100 is a bench top unit incorporating all four elements of Level, Flow, Temperature and Pressure in one unit with a control module that allows connection to PC or PLC, has fault switches and test points.

The PCT-200 is a floor standing unit with field bus based industrial standard instruments which allows investigation into flow, level and also temperature and pressure.

The Bytronic Process Control and Instrumentation Technology range of products are designed to meet the needs of Further and Higher Education and Training Institutes. The range has been developed as a progressive modular system with simulation software, bench top discrete and combined units using; flow, level, temperature and pressure, utilising both PC and PLC control, to a floor standing unit with industry standard transducers and actuators using field bus technology and distributed control systems. The Bench top units are supplied with interactive software allowing three term control and data logging.
